Conference Transcription Service
XS Typing Ltd offers a conference transcription service performed by our professional team of native English speaking transcribers who capture what has been said during your conference and type it out. Our online audio typists use the internet to research any complex words and use a specialist foot pedal which allows them to go back and forth over hard to catch or difficult words in order to create the most accurate transcript possible.
Once we have finished transcribing you will be provided with a transcript of all the conference as an MS Word document, clearly segregated by the phrases articulated by each speaker involved to ensure they are easy to follow.
Conference transcription services are priced according to the length of the recording at a charge of £1.10 per audio minute. For example, if the duration of the recording is 30 minutes long you will be invoiced £33 at our standard two business turnaround rate. If they are not needed back urgently then you may want to reduce the price by using our economy service which is five working days at a cost of 90p per audio minute, or if you are requiring them back more urgently we also offer a next day service at £1.30 per audio minute. We adhere to maximum transparency with our transcription clients, which is why we freely publish our transcription prices and have no hidden fees.
To proceed simply upload your meeting recording to us via our easy to use File Upload page adding into the comments box the turnaround time you wish to select. We will then transcribe the interview for you and email over an invoice to you. Once we have been advised that payment has been made the transcript will be released to you as an editable Word Document which can be retained by yourselves for further use as you require.
