XS Typing Ltd – Dial-in Phone Recording Line

If you don’t have access to a recording device, or just want to dictate a quick letter for transcribing, we offer a dedicated UK dictation line. Simply call 08432 898 338 and read out what you would like typing up. When you hang up, one of our transcribers will be automatically sent your recording to type up. Your transcription will be emailed back to you in the turnaround time you specify. Please remember to leave your contact number in case we have any questions.

The XS Typing Ltd dial-in dictation line is simple to use and available 24 hours, allowing you to record the work you need typing up at any time and from anywhere in the world.

If you don’t specify on the call how quickly you need your transcription turning around, we will assume the regular 48 hour service is required. The cost for this service is £1.10 per recorded audio minute – see our transcription pricing page for more information on this and other turnaround times.

For example, a 15 minute dictated recording would cost £16.50 and takes the audio typist around one hour to complete. Your completed transcriptions will be returned to you on the 2nd business day to the email address submitted in a Word document (unless you have specified a different format).
