Our encrypted file upload system has been purpose built to facilitate the secure transfer of large audio files from anywhere in the world. Files are automatically allocated to the right typist to transcribe and return to you in the required format.
Simply click the link below and follow the instructions to upload your audio file directly from your recording device via your computer.
Upload file Type in your email address and hit the “proceed to upload” button. A box will then pop up for you to enter any comments – please enter a contact number should we need to get in touch, then hit the button to proceed. Hit the “select files” button to attach your audio files and then hit “upload”. You will receive a confirmation email once we’ve received the file successfully.
Once our typist has completed the transcription, your documents can either be emailed back to you or downloaded from the secure portal.
Confidentiality
All information, data and files supplied to us are treated with the strictest confidence. We guarantee our confidentiality and discretion, but if required, we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if required.
If you don’t have a standard confidentiality agreement document, we can supply you with one on request.
