Our team of highly trained professional interview transcribers manually type up everything that is said during your interview, using a foot pedal to go back and forth in order to catch the difficult words along with researching the internet, in order to produce the most accurate word perfect typed up version they can.
Once completed you will be provided with an electronic transcript of all the dialogue, clearly segregated by the sentences or phrases spoken by each speaker involved ensuring that the transcripts are easy to follow.
Interview transcription services are charged according to the duration of the recording at a cost of £1.10 per audio minute. Therefore if the recording is 30 minutes long you will be charged £33 at our regular two business turnaround rate. If you are not in a rush then you may want to bring the price down by using our economy service which is five working days at a cost of 90p per audio minute, or if you are in a hurry then we offer a next day service at £1.30 per audio minute. We are committed to maximum transparency with our transcription clients, which is why we openly publish our transcription prices and have no hidden fees.
To proceed simply upload your interview recording to us via our easy to use File Upload page adding into the comments box the turnaround time you wish to select. We will then transcribe the interview for you and email over an invoice to you. Once we have been advised that payment has been made the transcript will be released to you as an editable Word Document which can be retained by yourselves for further use as you require.
