If a Court, Government Office or Police have provided you with a CD containing digital audio voice recording files with the file extension format being .trm then we are able to transcribe them word-for-word from the oral recordings provided into an editable Microsoft Word document using the specifically designed software programme associated with this highly sophisticated recording equipment [FTR].
From the CD you have been provided with you are able to upload your .TRM media files with ease directly to our secure encrypted online file transfer portal by inserting the disc into the DVD drive on your computer.
